    How wellness challenges work

A wellness challenge is a time-limited group program led by a coach. Participants join a shared goal, follow daily activities and check in as they go. On Pathara, coaches can combine a plan with check-ins, checklists and daily quests; participants see their own progress alongside group standings.

    Joining a challenge

Choose a public challenge above or open an invitation from your coach. Preview the goal, dates and available places before you join. Confirm your email with a code, then follow your plan and check in from your phone. A challenge can have a participant limit set by its coach.

    Creating a challenge

Set a theme and duration, shape the daily plan, choose whether to use team scoring and quests, then share the public invitation. Pathara gives participants a check-in space and a leaderboard. The coach decides how many people can join and can use the challenge to introduce their wider work.

    What counts toward the leaderboard?

Daily check-ins and completed plan steps count toward your score. A seven-day streak adds bonus points, and coaches can turn on optional daily quests. Scores encourage participation; they do not measure anyone’s health or compare personal outcomes.
